Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Glitz Neon, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the custom nature of our neon signs, we maintain a strict No Refund and No Return policy, with exceptions for replacements in case of defects.

1. No Refunds or Returns

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any purchased items.
  • Refunds will only be processed if we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or broken product.
  • The product is defective or not functioning as intended.
  • You received the wrong product.

3. Reporting Issues & Timeline

  • You must report any issues within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Clear photo or video evidence is required for replacement requests.
  • Once approved, replacements will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Non-Replaceable Items

  • Custom or personalized neon signs are not eligible for replacement unless they are defective.
