Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Glitz Neon, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the custom nature of our neon signs, we maintain a strict No Refund and No Return policy, with exceptions for replacements in case of defects.
1. No Refunds or Returns
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any purchased items.
- Refunds will only be processed if we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or broken product.
- The product is defective or not functioning as intended.
- You received the wrong product.
3. Reporting Issues & Timeline
- You must report any issues within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Clear photo or video evidence is required for replacement requests.
- Once approved, replacements will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Non-Replaceable Items
- Custom or personalized neon signs are not eligible for replacement unless they are defective.
